HappyCall Pandan Chiffon

 New Happycall arrived

 Deeper and more coating pan. Red happy call is the 2nd gen with only 3 coat where Orche 3rd gen has 5 layer of coating.

 Small fire on medium stove and a new recipe. Cuisine Paradise recipe offer a higher success rate and a softer pandan chiffon!

Cake is a little burn on the bottom as I missed out to make sure my cake drop down to the lower pan when i turn the pan over. I will try again some time soon!

 I grocery shop on Gmarket again! Very satisfied with my purchase with iChef this time.

Takopachi balls... not very idea if you dont have the takopachi round base pan. My pachi turn out flat when i cook it with Happycall, taste good though.

Happy Call Pandan Chiffon

Testing if Happy Call is able to bake a pandan chiffon. 

 I am using grapeseed oil and prima mix.

 One mix is sufficient for 2 chiffon

 Almost burn as i forgot to flip over, lucky The husband's nose was sharp.

Taste excellent, The Husband loves it, will do it again!
